Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for an additional cost of ₹150.

As a policy, we do not offer refunds.

However, we do offer exchanges within 48 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product was wrongfully delivered (does not match the order confirmation).
• The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
• The size ordered isn’t satisfactory.

In the above cases, we will re-fulfill your order once.

If the product is extremely dissatisfactory, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit, valid for 3 months, for the exchanged item.
