At Gayatri, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase has been made, we are happy to provide exchanges under specific conditions. Here’s how our exchange process works:

Eligibility for Exchange

Size Exchange: If you need a different size of the same product, we are happy to arrange an exchange. Please note that we allow only one size exchange per order.
Product Exchange: You may also exchange your product for a different one, provided the original product meets our terms and conditions.
Out of Stock: If the desired size of the product is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for future purchases.
How to Request an Exchange

Timeframe: Please contact us at labelgayatri.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Shipping: We can arrange a pickup for you with an additional charge of ₹50-₹100.
